Sue is a Book and Paper Conservator working at the University of Virginia Libraries since 2016. She completed fellowships at the University of Notre Dame and the Balboa Art Conservation Center. Previous internships include Iowa State University Parks Library Lennox Internship, University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and Buffalo Bill Center of the West. She earned a Masters in Conservation-Restauration des Biens Culturels from the University of Paris-Sorbonne, specializing in Book and Paper and wrote her masters thesis on the conservation of caoutchouc bindings in 2013.
