Created this index page, with alphabetical breaks and links backward. Attempted to use table formatting, in order to space keywords a bit away from lists of entry locations, with mixed success. This sizes the first column by the maximum text width needed to accommodate the text entry, then immediately starts the second column with minimal gap. Thus every alphabetical section has its own first column width, which looks strange. Tried inserting an empty column between the two needed, but this did not affect display.
