Health & Safety: Guide Template
This template should be used for Health and Safety Guides only and has been formatted to give access to the original guide texts as well as create an editable version that will reflect and document changes and updates.
- Guide wiki pages should be titled, Health & Safety: Guide Title.
- New Guide titles should be added to Health & Safety Guides

Template to Copy[edit | edit source]
- Copy the text below and paste it to the blank page.
- Note: When you cut and paste the text, the blue box may also appear--it will go away once you save the page. The code to create a page divide (----) needs to be on a separate line to appear correctly once the page is saved.
- Phrases in all capital letters should be replaced with appropriate information.
- Enter the authors for the original guide under "Contributors to this page" followed by "(Original Guide Authors)" and then any additional authors to the wiki content
- Enter Guide Title and Publication Date
- Provide link to original guide pdf, if available
- Enter guide text where it says "ENTER TEXT HERE"
- If you make any CONTENT changes (excluding formatting, grammar, punctuation) sign at "This Content was last updated:" by entering ~~~~ (this will add your user name and date/time stamp. Otherwise, enter the date of publication.
